Salim Rind - Head of Technical Recruitment, EMEA of biggSolutions Ltd. Salim has over 20 years experience in IT Recruitment, both permanent and contract, ranging from technical positions through project management, senior management, pre-sales and sales professionals. He has successfully worked across a number of industries including: IT Services, Systems Integrators, Consultancies, Banking and Financial Services. Key experience includes: infrastructure support to senior management level, Networking/Comms from Support through to Design and Architecture, Service Delivery, IT Services, through to Senior and IT Management. Salim prides himself on providing a quality service to both clients and candidates utilising proven recruitment methodologies, competency profiling, technical screening, reference checking and always the required due diligence. Mandy Adlam - Recruitment Delivery Manager (Resourcing & Advertising Manager, EMEA) of biggSolutions Ltd. Mandy joined biggSolutions as a Recruitment Delivery Manager in January 2007. Throughout her career she has secured over twenty years experience working within the IT recruitment industry based both in the UK and USA. During this time she has gained extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry, working in diverse roles such as Recruitment Administration, Technical Recruiter, Recruitment Manager, Account Manager (for accounts such as British Gas, BT and Intel) and also Project Coordinator working on corporate projects across EMEA. She has a broad knowledge working within Contract and Permanent recruitment environments, covering Systems and Programming, Communications and Networking. Before joining biggSolutions, Mandy’s last employer was Elan Computing where she was instrumental in setting up two new operations one in the Midlands and the other in San Francisco, California.
