Steve Biggs, Founder, President & CEO of biggSolutions, Inc. initiated his progressive career in Information Technology, Consulting & Professional Services in 1984. Since 1992 Steve has been instrumental in managing & developing Global IT Consulting businesses from initial start-ups, both in the UK & US.

Steve’s International experience started with the expansion of the US operations for Elan Computing (Manpower) in 1996 & successfully built two additional US Technology Consulting companies to $10.5M & $25M respectively. Entrepreneurial by nature, Steve created Elan Communications (London) in 1993, instigated Elan International in the US in 1996 and TechPartners International (Harvey Nash) in 1998.

Mandy Adlam

Mandy Adlam – Head of Research & Delivery

Mandy Adlam, Recruitment Delivery Manager (Head of Administration & Advertising EMEA) of biggSolutions Ltd.

Mandy joined biggSolutions as a Recruitment Delivery Manager in January 2007. Throughout her career she has secured over twenty years experience working within the IT recruitment industry based both in the UK and USA. During this time she has gained extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry, working in diverse roles such as Recruitment Administration, Technical Recruiter, Recruitment Manager, Account Manager (for accounts such as British Gas, BT and Intel) and also Project Coordinator working on corporate projects across EMEA.

She has a broad knowledge working within Contract and Permanent recruitment environments, covering Systems and Programming, Communications and Networking. Before joining biggSolutions, Mandy’s last employer was Elan Computing where she was instrumental in setting up two new operations one in the Midlands and the other in San Francisco, California.
