Weโre supporting a growing workforce solutions and recruitment business that is looking for an experienced Bid / Proposal Manager to take ownership of its public sector frameworks, tenders and proposal activity.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands public sector procurement and enjoys managing the full bid process from opportunity identification through to submission.
๐น Manage public sector frameworks, DPSs and PSLs
๐น Own end-to-end bids and tenders
๐น Write, edit and quality-check compelling proposals
๐น Coordinate internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
๐น Identify commercial opportunities through existing frameworks
๐น Improve bid processes and introduce AI/digital bid tools
๐น Build and maintain framework and external stakeholder relationships

Weโre looking for:

Proven experience in bids, tenders, proposals or framework management

Direct public sector framework/DPS/PSL experience

Excellent writing, editing and attention to detail

Strong project and stakeholder management skills

Excellent written English
