The RBP’s will be required to have full life cycle recruitment experience in addition to strong client/stakeholder relationships experience with the internal Hiring Managers and third party suppliers.
Responsibilities in brief:
- Review job descriptions for distribution on job boards and to suppliers
- Work closely with 3rd party suppliers/vendors for permanent hires
- Recruit potential candidates for direct hires
- Schedule interviews
- Provide feedback to applicants, agencies and hiring managers
- Manage pre-employment checks
- Managing candidate onboarding
