Urgent permanent career opportunity for a Recruitment Account Director/Senior Client Services Manager with a background of working within MSP/Neutral Vendor solutions environments.
In brief the Account Director would need to have the following background:
Experience of working within high volume contingent/temporary recruitment
Monitor performance against SLA’s and KPI’s
Leadership/team management experience
P&L management
Good understanding of VMS technology
Sales/business development experience
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
Hybrid role but flexibility is required to be on-site as and when required.
