Looking for someone with experience in:

Experience in a commercial legal role within professional services, consulting, staffing or workforce management.
Strong understanding of IR35 and UK GDPR requirements.
Strong skills in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
Ability to translate complex legalities into practical business processes.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
