Our partner, a Global Workforce solutions leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Account Development Director with a background in the Life Sciences (Biotech, Biomedical or Pharmaceutical) market sector.

This role involves closing multimillion, multi-country deals and collaborating with various departments to ensure the best level of service is delivered to target accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing accounts by selling Statement of Work (SOW), Services Procurement and FSP workforce solutions projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This position will require up to 50% European travel.
